A lot of achievements didn't make me happy. I didn't know how to accept myself as I was and I was very hard on myself for my perceived failures.  Even as I continue to function in daily life,  in a successful business and happy family, it wasn't always that way.  I kept things going, but I was increasingly dissatisfied with my life. How did things finally change for the better - to self acceptance, calm and peace?  This is a work in progress, and I'd like to share some of the resources that are  helping me and others,  working  together to promote  calm and peace in our lives.  Come back often for new stories and new resources.
